At Brex, I co-created our first spend management offering for startups and small businesses, and later the complete revamp of our platform for enterprise customers. I currently lead several teams across Brex Empower.
As a design manager, I take great pride in building teams that embrace a "show don't tell" mentality—in my opinion, design is what you ship and creating teams that take that momentum forward, experiment with their ideas by putting them out there and learning from them, are the ones that can really drive successful outcomes.
At Palantir, I worked on complex product design challenges for some of the world's most critical institutions. Later, I transitioned to product management, allowing me to expand my skillset and gain a comprehensive appreciation for design proficiency, product strategy and vision, business requirements, and customer pain points.
