ElevenLabs

Head of Design

2024—Present

At ElevenLabs, I lead the brand and product design teams while maintaining a hands-on role in crafting our experiences. From revamping our core text-to-speech and voice offerings to launching our mobile app and sound effects platform, I've shaped key product initiatives across our entire portfolio.

By championing a player/coach model, I balance strategic design leadership with active development and shipping of features—demonstrating that great design leaders can both guide vision and execute on it. This approach extends into developer relations and marketing, where I bridge the gap between design and implementation by building demos and crafting compelling product videos that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Brex

Design Director

2022—2024

Design Manager

2021—2022

Senior Product Designer

2020—2021

At Brex, I co-created our first spend management offering for startups and small businesses, and later the complete revamp of our platform for enterprise customers. I currently lead several teams across Brex Empower.

As a design director, I take great pride in building teams that embrace a "show don't tell" mentality—in my opinion, design is what you ship and creating teams that take that momentum forward, experiment with their ideas by putting them out there and learning from them, are the ones that can really drive successful outcomes.

Palantir

Product Manager

2018—2020

Product Designer

2015—2018

At Palantir, I worked on complex product design challenges for some of the world's most critical institutions. Later, I transitioned to product management, allowing me to expand my skillset and gain a comprehensive appreciation for design proficiency, product strategy and vision, business requirements, and customer pain points.

Creations with generative artificial intelligence

The last time I was this excited about the potential of technology was when the iPhone first made its debut in 2007. It completely changed how we engage with our world today and I see similar potential with the artificial intelligence tools emerging.

Storytelling and film are my passions, and these tools have enabled me to express my ideas in ways I never thought possible.

Using generative AI, I published a children's book for my closest friends, coded several apps using the latest LLMs, created several viral video shorts using the latest video models, and I am excited to see when inspiration strikes again for my next creation.

My AI-generated work has received worldwide media coverage:

One weekend I decided to see if I could combine all of the amazing AI tools out there and publish a book. I used ChatGPT to help write and refine it, and MidJourney to illustrate it. And 72 hours later, it was live on Amazon! The project was intended as a demonstration of the technology and a gift to the first borns of my two of my best friends. It inadvertently sparked an incredibly important debate about the much needed protections for artists with the advent of these new AI tools.

Work at a startup of your choice and live in London for free—this was an ambitious goal, but Ben Chin and I were frustrated by the lack of startups and tech companies coming to campus while we were in college. We set out to create the internship program of our dreams with Index Ventures.

In college I founded an award-winning student society called KCL Tech, which ran London's first inter-university hackathon and played a major part in connecting the UK tech scene.

History doesn’t repeat itself, but it often rhymes. Join the NFT boom by owning a piece of the Dot Com Boom. Made ironically with Adil Majid.

VC Sticker Pack
When a few friends of mine started "validating" each other's ideas in an iMessage thread, I wanted to respond with a sticker but it didn't exist. Our joke slowly became a fun weekend project that ended up attracting favorites from the startup and VC community on Twitter. The app was ultimately sold to (acquired by?! 😅) ShrugCap!
